This was my first visit. I walked in and the girl did not acknowledge our large group for a minute as if she was annoyed we were there. She sneezed in her hands, took our orders, and handed us our cups never washing her hands. Food was really good. I ordered the snack meal with 3 chicken tenders and I could only eat 2. The buttery buffalo sauce was awesome. I ate half the meal because it was so filling. Texas toast and fries were both delicious.

I love this Zaxby's. Food is great. Free advise: Your french fries are awesome when served fresh and extremely nasty when not fresh. That being said, please throw out your fries if they've been under the warming light more that a minute or two. Better to lose a few cents in waste than serving nasty fries and losing customers.

Disappointing and frustrating
First of all the website offers no help
As a first time visitor navigating the website was horrible
I could not find the sauces or the items unless looking for
Then sauces were in containers that showed no true flavor
I was hoping for something to give a built more local feel -

Just ok. Slow service but my order was right and the food was good. Service could be a bit more friendly. But over all everything was ok. I would go back to this location again. I'd recommend not going during busy hours to avoid slower service.

Not impressed with the DT. You place your order you wait behind other cars to get to the drive-through then when you get there you get someone else's food
